PRIVACY POLICY – PAWFORM Sp. z o.o.
1. General Information
This Privacy Policy defines the principles of personal data processing by PAWFORM Sp. z o.o., with its registered office in Łódź (ul. Brukowa 6/8/309, 91-341 Łódź), NIP: 947-200-35-42, KRS: 0000872442.
The controller processes personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (GDPR).

2. Scope and Sources of Data
The controller processes personal data obtained directly from the data subjects, in particular in connection with concluding contracts, handling inquiries, and maintaining business contacts.
The data may include name and surname, contact details, company details, and other information necessary to carry out cooperation.
3. Purposes and Legal Bases for Processing
Personal data is processed for the purpose of:
– concluding and performing contracts (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR),
– fulfilling legal obligations, in particular tax and accounting obligations (Article 6(1)(c) GDPR),
– communication and handling inquiries (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR),
– pursuing or defending claims and marketing of the controller’s own services (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
If consent is given, data may also be processed on the basis of Article 6(1)(a) GDPR.
4. Data Retention Period
Personal data is stored for the duration of the business relationship, and thereafter for the period necessary to fulfill legal obligations or pursue claims, but no longer than 6 years.
Accounting data is stored for the period required by law, while data processed on the basis of consent is stored until the consent is withdrawn.
5. Data Recipients
Personal data may be shared with entities cooperating with the controller only to the extent necessary to achieve the purposes of processing, including IT service providers, accounting offices, and law firms.
Data is transferred on the basis of data processing agreements or applicable legal provisions.
Data is not transferred outside the European Economic Area.
6. Rights of Data Subjects
The data subject has the right to:
– access their data,
– rectify their data,
– erase their data,
– restrict processing,
– data portability,
– object to processing,
– withdraw consent.

7. Obligation to Provide Data
Providing personal data is voluntary, however it may be necessary for concluding and performing a contract.
Failure to provide data may prevent establishing cooperation.
8. Profiling and Automated Decision-Making
Personal data is not used for automated decision-making or profiling.
9. Complaint to the Supervisory Authority
The data subject has the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.
